The Story

A growing courier business was losing customer trust because nobody knew where their parcel was. We built a mobile app that shows customers their delivery moving on the map in real time, while giving dispatchers a control room view of the whole fleet. Support calls dropped, and trust went up.
We designed two experiences in one system: a customer app focused on clarity — live map, ETA, driver contact — and a dispatcher panel focused on control. GPS updates stream in real time, route optimization suggests the fastest paths, and push notifications keep everyone informed automatically. We tested on real delivery routes with real drivers before launch.
